# AOS care-call conversation guide

Use this after value has been delivered. This is not a disguised sales call.

## Before the call

- Review recent orders, delivery issues, notes, brokerage, production context, and the last promised follow-up.
- Decide what useful observation or recommendation you can bring.
- Open the AOS contact and create the care-call activity before dialing.

## Open with context

“I wanted to check in after [specific order or milestone]. I’m not calling about another shoot—I want to make sure the work is helping you win the outcome you expected.”

## Learn what matters now

1. “What are you trying to improve in the business over the next 90 days?”
2. “Which listings or client situations are hardest to market well right now?”
3. “Where does your current marketing process slow you down or create rework?”
4. “What would make our work more useful to you—not just easier to order?”

## Make one outcome-led recommendation

Connect the recommendation to what the client said. Avoid reading the product menu.

“Based on what you said about [goal/problem], I would test [specific change] on [specific upcoming situation]. The reason is [business outcome].”

## Earn the introduction

Ask only after useful value has been delivered and the client confirms the relationship is working.

“Who else in the brokerage is working through a similar problem? If someone comes to mind, would you be comfortable introducing us around that specific outcome?”

## Record the proof in AOS

- Growth goal
- Current business problem
- Recommendation made
- Referral or introduction requested
- Referrer and introduced contact
- Owner
- Specific next action
- Due date

Do not close the activity with “follow up later.” Name the action and date.
